The Regen-Organic Opportunity

‘Sustainable’ is not good enough. How and what we farm in order to provide nutritious food that rebuilds the ecological resilience of our ecosystems is an increasingly urgent conversation we keep having with our clients. The regenerative organic opportunity utilises integrated livestock to produce the best food in a way that works with nature and is certainly approved by the conscious consumer, even in these high food cost times.

The Microbiome Opportunity

The global human microbiome market is expected to reach an estimated $1.5 billion by 2027, with particular opportunities in pre, pro and post biotic food/supplements. Our innovation and strategy work with multiple global clients has tapped into this area in a variety of ways, often drawing on the gut, skin, brain and even lung axis to enable holistic health stories.

The Flavour Opportunity

We have invested significant time and resources to help our food and drink clients by becoming ‘flavourists’.
